eighth of may

Eighth of may

The crisp air rushes
In over open
Windows
Autumn leaves lie
A grey sheen on
A night road
I let the silence feed
My mind
The jacket is a warm
Hug around me
Somewhat
Like the circle
Of amazing love
And support
And hope
I have around me.
As I drive down old
Streets I see each
One of their faces
Smiling before me
My mother's face brings
Me to the verge
Of happy tears.
The stars stare at me
From afar. I remember
All the moons and
Stars, all the leaves
Of so many seasons, all
The landscapes
That I painted
before

How far we have come.

All moments are
This moment

and

This is a particularly
splendid landscape
indeed.
